EASTKAP is the boutique practice of Daniel Wagner, Attorney at Law, based in Berlin. For ten years we have advised corporates, foundations, associations and individuals on civil and commercial matters — with a clear focus on corporate, real estate and wealth-related work, and on the practical application of artificial intelligence in the legal process.

Our way of working is personal: one point of contact, defined deadlines, predictable fees. Rather than offering optionality we provide concrete recommendations — and stand behind them by name.

Network of partner firms. For matters outside our core expertise we collaborate with selected partner firms — tax, criminal, employment, notarial and international law. Each engagement is agreed transparently in advance; EASTKAP remains your principal point of contact.

Daniel Wagner has advised corporates, foundations and individuals on civil and commercial matters for ten years. His core areas are mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, private clients and the practical application of artificial intelligence in legal work.

Prior to founding the boutique practice he was a partner at EASTKAP Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB. Member of the Berlin Bar Association.
