7. Hosting and server log files
The hosting provider collects access data in so-called server log files (page visited, date, time, data volume, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, requesting provider). For security reasons these are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the website).
8. Contacting us
When you contact us, the details you provide are processed in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete enquiries once they are no longer required and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.
9. Mandate files
Data processed in the course of an attorney mandate are retained for at least six years after the end of the mandate pursuant to § 50 BRAO. The attorney's duty of confidentiality remains unaffected.
10. Cookies
This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies. No consent is required in this respect (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
11. Web analytics with Matomo (self-hosted)
We use Matomo to measure the reach of this website. Matomo runs on our own web space with the hosting provider named in section 7; the data collected does not leave that server and is not passed to any third party.
Our Matomo installation is configured without cookies and sets none on your device. Your IP address is truncated before storage (IP anonymisation), so it cannot be traced back to you. No cross-site tracking takes place.
Data collected (anonymised): page visited, referral source, browser type and version, operating system, approximate region, screen resolution, time on page and events triggered (such as starting the coaching check or clicking a phone number).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the website to optimise content and reach). As no cookies are set and no personal data is stored, consent under § 25 TDDDG is not required.
Retention: aggregated analytics data is kept for no longer than 24 months.
